The launch of the FNB Cell Pay Point solution is good news for the industry and it’ll empower a whole new market of online shoppers who don’t own credit cards.
Aditionally, they’ve enabled quite a few shops to accept payment with their loyalty points, eBucks. Recently www.wantital.co.za was the latest shop to integrate eBucks as a payment option.
Let’s see if the other 3 big banks can play catch-up with FNB and make strides in empowering the online marketplace.
