Hewlett Packard (HP) have announced that they will be purchasing smartphone manufacturer Palm. Palm has been experiencing severe capital losses in the last 6 months as users have not bought their phones in large numbers, as projected by the company. The common complaint among Apple iPhone owners & users have been the inability to multitask with applications, seems to have been solved as with iPhone OS 4 multi-tasking will be able to occur. However, the changes will only be usable for owners of an Apple iPhone 3GS, Third Generation iPod Touch and not the first generation iPhone.
Folders will also be making an appearance when the OS launches in June as Apple continues to combat the benefits of the Android platform.
The iBook (Apple’s e-book reader) experience will also be available for iPhone owners and not just for Apple iPad owners...
