New Craft Cider From Ceres Valley Launches in Time for Summer

0

As the popularity of craft cider continues to grow, South Africans can expect a wide range of locally produced, craft ciders to hit the market. Based in Ceres in the Western Cape, Loxtonia Farm is the latest producer to join the craft cider game in South Africa. The farm is now officially the very first Cidery in the Ceres valley and has announced plans to launch its all-natural premium range of artisanal ciders just in time for summer.

After identifying a gap in the South African market for high quality, fine apple cider, Loxtonia set out to create a cider that rings true to Loxtonia’s goal towards sustainable farming, and thus, the all-natural Loxtonia Cider range was born. The range is in keeping with the farm’s key philosophy “Orchard to Bottle”and is free from preservatives and artificial additives.

 Loxtonia Cider

Made from freshly-pressed, naturally fermented, hand-picked apples, Loxtonia Cider offers four refreshing flavours to choose from in 340m glass bottles. Flavours include a fruity Crispy Apple Cider, Sparkling Apple Cider, Stone Fruit Flavoured Apple Cider, and Pale Amber Apple Cider.

The Loxtonia Cider range will be available at leading liquor stores nationwide at a recommended price of R25 per 340ml bottle.
