Just one day ahead of Microsoft’s annual E3 conference, images of a slimmer, sleeker Xbox One unit have leaked onto the internet.
Aside from the leaked images, a few spec details have also emerged which tell of a more powerful home console than earlier models.
Dubbed the “Xbox Slim” the new Xbox is now 40% thinner, making it the slimmest Xbox One unit to date. There’s also mention of a “vertical stand” to be shipped alongside the unit, meaning that you can now position the console either horizontally or vertically.
On the performance side the new Xbox will feature a 2TB internal hard drive, 4K video playback capability and High Dynamic Range imaging for more clear and crisp images. Reportedly, there will also by an internal power supply, the first of it’s kind for a recent Xbox console.
